1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on Turbolader-center.com.

By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed online through our website. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT applicable in the EU.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to countries in the European Union (EU).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over [50.00 €].

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union (EU) law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days from receipt of the product.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned items.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for indirect damages.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of Poland, where our company is registered.

de TVA s'applique conformément à la réglementation européenne.
