2. Products

All our turbochargers are 100% brand new parts, never used or reconditioned. Each product is tested and inspected before shipment.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Euros (€) including VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed after payment validation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout Europe. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

7. Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with European consumer law. In case of defect, we will replace or refund the product.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason.

9. Returns

Returned products must be in their original condition, unmounted and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products.
